1. Eligibility and age restriction
The service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age applicable in your location. Access is prohibited where this content or service is unlawful.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts and purchased access are personal and may not be transferred, shared, resold, scraped, recorded, copied, or redistributed.
3. Digital access
An individual Episode purchase grants that customer account continuing personal streaming access to the purchased Episode while the service, the customer account, and our rights to provide that content remain available. Access may end after a refund, chargeback, fraud, serious breach of these terms, legal requirement, or loss of the necessary content rights.
A subscription grants access only to the Series or subscription groups included in the selected plan while that subscription is active. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Episodes purchased individually remain in the account after subscription access ends, subject to these terms.
4. Prices, billing and renewals
The checkout page displays the applicable price, currency, taxes, whether a payment is one-time or recurring, and the recurring interval. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Customers can review their orders and available subscription controls through My Account. Payment processing may be provided by an authorised third-party payment provider.
5. Digital-content withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where checkout presents an immediate-access acknowledgement and the customer selects it, the customer expressly requests performance to begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access or streaming begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not limit mandatory rights where content is defective, unavailable, misdescribed, or where applicable law requires a remedy. Refund requests, duplicate charges, and technical failures should be submitted through Help & Contact with the relevant order number.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
All videos, artwork, trademarks, software, and site materials are protected by intellectual-property law. The service provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for private viewing only. Circumventing access controls, downloading where no download is offered, public performance, redistribution, account sharing, automated extraction, and unlawful use are prohibited.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party infrastructure, legal restrictions, security events, or content-rights changes may affect availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated when the service, law, or payment arrangements change. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where legally required. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution rights are determined by applicable consumer law.
